1 banana

1 slice of Nurse Neke's Banana Coconut Cake

1 cup of whipping cream
-
1 packet of banana mix (3.4oz)

2 cups of 2%milk (or whole milk)
-
1-2 cups of crushed Nilla Wafers
-
Chessman butter cookies
-
Whipped Cream (made with coconut milk)

1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Directions

Place bowl you will use to whip your whip cream in freezer

Cut up your banana into your desired thickness (place to the side)

Open up your packet of pudding and place in mixing bowl

Pour in your 2 cups of milk
-
Blend well with mixer on medium high speed for about 2 -3 minutes

Place mixture in freezer (5-15 min)

Remove your chilled mixing bowl from freezer

Add in 1 cup of whipping cream, and 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract and mix until you get stiff peaks (please refer to video)

Remove your pudding from the freezer

Scoop in whip cream and mix with spatula until all the whip cream is well combined with the pudding (no white streaks)

In a sandwich bag crush your Nilla Wafers and place your desired amount on the bottom of your bowl

Then add your bananas
-
Add 2 -4 scoops of your pudding mixture and then repeat steps 11-13 two more times.

Grab your slice of Nurse Neke's Banana Coconut Cake and place in microwave for 10-15 seconds

Place on top of your Banana pudding
-
Top with whipped cream and chessman butter cookies!
